Canapes and reception food
Welcome drinks, wedding receptions, evening food after the main meal. Canapes are a relaxed way to keep guests happy during drinks or between courses, and evening snacks keep the energy up once the dancing starts.


Buffets
Hot and cold buffets for wakes, parties, receptions and working lunches. Flexible options that scale from intimate gatherings to large celebrations, with plenty of choice for guests to help themselves.
Seasonal club menus
Our seasonal a la carte collection. These menus change through the year to make the most of what is at its best, with a Sunday menu for relaxed family gatherings.


Afternoon tea and desserts
The perfect end to a meal, or a lovely occasion in its own right. Afternoon tea for birthdays, baby showers and christenings. Dessert tables for weddings and celebrations where you want something more than a single course.
Breakfast
Morning menus for conferences, corporate away days, and the start of a wedding day. Continental through to plated full English, depending on the pace of the morning.


Conference and meetings
Working-day catering. Tea and coffee on arrival, mid-morning snacks, sandwiches and light lunches through to afternoon refreshments. Simple and professional, built around the flow of the day.
Younger guests
Children are welcome at every event. Two menus depending on age and appetite, with the kind of food younger guests will actually eat.


Private VIP dining
Three-course VIP plated dining for higher budget weddings, special-occasion dinners and formal celebrations. A curated selection of starters, mains and desserts that the team will discuss with you to build a menu suited to your guests.
Dietary requirements
Burnt Fig are happy to cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free diets. Just let the team know what your guests need when you book, and they will make sure it is covered.
